One Vermont
A coalition working to improve Vermonters’ lives by building strong public structures
While more than 85% of a child’s core brain structure is formed by the age of 5, Vermont’s investments in early learning accounts for less than 1.4% of general fund expenditures.
Publications
Voices conducts research and writes issue briefs and reports covering a range of public policy topics that impact vulnerable children and families. We also distribute the National KIDS COUNT data book in Vermont, a publication of the Annie E. Casey Foundation, which illuminates the status of America’s children and assesses trends in their well-being.
