Please join us on Friday evening, June 14th for our annual benefit event, Thirty Years Making a Difference for Kids, and support the work of Voices for Vermont’s Children.
Enjoy an evening with family, friends, and colleagues at the Burlington Community Boathouse on Lake Champlain from 5 to 8 p.m. and help us celebrate our collective efforts on behalf of Vermont children and youth at our 30th birthday party.
Author, activist, diplomat and our 77th Governor, Madeleine M. Kunin, who has made many so contributions to the health and well being of Vermont children and their families, will be our featured speaker.
Musicians from Young Tradition Vermont will perform; Susanna’s Catering will provide delicious food, and there will be a cash bar.
Founded in 1983 as the Vermont Children’s Forum, Voices for Vermont’s Children is marking 30 years as Vermont’s only statewide non-profit multi-issue children’s research and policy advocacy organization promoting public policy that enhances the lives of children and youth in Vermont.
Underwriters for this event include Ben & Jerry’s Foundation, Northfield Savings Bank, National Life Group, BlueCross BlueShield of Vermont, Community National Bank, Main Street Landing Company, and Vermont State Employees Credit Union.
If you cannot join us on June 14th, we hope you will support our advocacy efforts by making a tax-deductible contribution to Voices for Vermont’s children today by using the DONATE button on the side bar.
